It’s been a minute. Happy New Year!

If you need to remember where we were with the story, refer back to Chapter Three, and then carry on. This is the transcribed story of my mother’s time living in Jamaica in nineties. It was found typewritten in a folder among my mother’s belongings. She passed in 2003. She was a complicated woman, in many ways impractical, but completely engaged with the people around her, and she pushed the boundaries of what behavior was societally acceptable for an ageing white English woman in a country where she lived but was not her own. It is for paid subscribers only.

I’ll continue sending out tarot posts to all subscribers every week, including this one. This week’s tarot post will be about self-sabotage.
